The Ticket Machine is privately owned and in no way affiliated with any box office, venue or other ticket agency. Our tickets are sold at, above, or below the face value. The price printed on the ticket will generally not be our selling price. Our prices reflect the cost and difficulty in obtaining the premium seating that we offer.

The Ticket Machine Guarantee:

Tickets purchased from The Ticket Machine are 100% guaranteed to be valid, accurate and delivered on-time. All sales are final. Tickets are generally in stock and you, the customer, will know the exact seating location at the time of purchase. Since our online ordering function is not in real-time, rarely tickets that were ordered may be no longer available. If tickets are no longer available, there is usually an option to purchase tickets in a similar seating location, at the same or a similar price. Customers are not obligated to accept tickets other than those originally ordered, and in this case, a full refund will be provided.

Once an order has been confirmed, a sales agent will contact the customer via email, fax or phone. Tickets are generally delivered within a few hours of order confirmation or by a mutually agreed upon date, unless they are pre-ordered tickets for a future event.

If you are pre-ordering tickets for events (i.e. MLB Playoffs, Big 10 Tournament, etc.), they will not be in stock yet. In some cases, deliveries are not made until the week of the event. Please refer to individual event pages or call for more information.

If a venue, team, or artist cancels an event, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of the cancellation announcement. If an event for which you purchased tickets is postponed or rescheduled, and the venue honors the original tickets, the sale remains final.

Please Note:

Orders over $500.00 require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out by the credit card holder and faxed or emailed back to us. This is also a requirement for all cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, regardless of the order amount. If a Credit Card Authorization Form is required to process an order, we must have the card holder's signature on file BEFORE any tickets can be delivered. All customer information is strictly confidential and used only to verify the customer's identity and prevent fraudulent activity. Authorization Forms must be returned to us in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the proper documentation has not been returned to us even if the order has been confirmed. Please follow instructions carefully.
